About Me
I’m Ilona de Jong, founder of InnerSoulstice. I help people decode the deeper patterns behind their relationships, emotional cycles and life lessons, so they can stop repeating pain and start living with clarity, alignment and self-trust. I’ve always been drawn to the invisible architecture beneath life, why certain connections feel destined, why patterns repeat and why healing sometimes brings awareness… but not change. Over time, my own journey led me through psychology, somatic and trauma-informed practices, subconscious reprogramming, nervous-system repair and spiritual study.
Even with years of healing, I still sensed there was a deeper structure beneath it all, something that explained "the why" behind the exact themes, relationships and challenges we keep meeting. When I discovered Soul Contract Numerology, it clicked immediately. It helped me to see clearly that my patterns were part of the path I has chosen to master, the gifts I came with I was meant to use to help me conquore my patterns, achieve my goals and destiny. I studied the methodology deeply and began applying it with others. The results were clear, when people can finally see the meaning and architecture behind their patterns, healing becomes focused, faster and more embodied.

I’m Ilona de Jong, founder of InnerSoulstice.
