These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you live outside the U.S., your local consumer rights remain protected.

You must be at least 18 years old to download, access, or use InnerSoulstice. By using the Services, you confirm that:

InnerSoulstice offers both free and paid access options, depending on the level of content you'd like to unlock.

Free Tier:
Users can generate a basic Personality Profile Reading and view a basic overview. Some sections within the Personality Profile Reading are locked.

Monthly Subscription Provides full access to everything available in the app, including:

All Personality Profile Reading sections unlocked
Pattern Coach (conversational pattern coaching feature) with full access
Relationship Analysis (between you and a chosen person)
Healing Meditations (a library of guided audio meditations designed to support the release of limiting beliefs)
Access to premium spiritual tools and features as they are released.

Billed monthly and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the next billing period.

Annual Subscription offers the same full access as the Monthly Subscription, but billed once per year at a discounted rate. Renews automatically every 12 months unless cancelled in advance.

Payments are processed securely through Apple or Google.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions via your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Refunds are only issued when required by applicable consumer law.

5. Digital Goods & Refund Policy

All purchases within InnerSoulstice, including AI-generated readings, Pattern Coach conversations, Relationship Analyses, Healing Meditation access and other digital content, are final and non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

Refunds are only provided when legally required, for example if:

You have a legal right to withdraw under local consumer law (for example, EU digital content rules), or
Content was not delivered or was materially defective.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, algorithms, AI outputs, text, graphics, logos, videos and software in InnerSoulstice are owned by Ilona De Jong / Stratisys Consulting PTY Ltd or our licensors.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for personal purposes only.

You may not:

Copy, distribute, or publicly display any part of the App.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code.
Use the App for commercial or competitive purposes without permission.

7. User Content

You may provide personal data (like names or birthdates) to generate readings. You may also share personal reflections, life experiences, emotional content and other information during Pattern Coach conversations.

You retain ownership of what you input but grant us a license to process and display this content solely to provide the Services. This includes using your Pattern Coach conversation history and Coaching Profile to maintain continuity across coaching sessions and to generate responses that build on your past reflections.

When your inputs are processed by our AI provider to generate responses, we do not transmit your personally identifying information. Your name, surname, email address, full date of birth and any account identifier that could be traced back to you are never sent. The names of other people you may reflect on are also never sent. See Section 7 of our Privacy Policy for the full details of what is and is not transmitted.

You agree not to upload or share any content that:

Violates others' rights
Is defamatory, obscene, harassing or unlawful
Contains malware, viruses or harmful code
Includes detailed plans to harm yourself or others
Is intended to elicit clinical mental health diagnosis or treatment from the AI

Pattern Coach is designed for self-reflection and personal growth. By using Pattern Coach, you agree that you will:

Use the feature for your own personal reflection and growth, not for diagnosing yourself or others with mental health conditions.
Not rely on Pattern Coach as a substitute for professional mental health, medical, legal or financial advice.
Seek qualified human professional support if you are experiencing a crisis or any situation requiring immediate care.
Not attempt to use Pattern Coach to extract clinical diagnoses, prescriptions, legal advice or other regulated professional services.
Not share third-party personal data (for example, detailed identifying information about another person) without that person's awareness and consent, beyond what is needed for general reflection.

If we determine that you are using Pattern Coach in a way that is unsafe to you, unsafe to others, or contrary to these Terms, we may suspend access to the feature or your account.

Some content in InnerSoulstice is created using artificial intelligence guided by our spiritual, numerological and coaching frameworks. This includes your Personality Profile Readings, your Relationship Analyses, and your Pattern Coach conversations.

Deletion is processed immediately for your in-app data, with full backend deletion completed within the retention timeframes described in our Privacy Policy.

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that, by their nature, should survive termination, including intellectual property rights, limitations of liability and any pending payment obligations.
