Cancellation Policy

Here is what to know about booking a session with me. Your session is online, on Zoom. Your Zoom link is in your booking confirmation email. Your booking time shows in your own time zone. You need to be 18 or older to book. If you name anyone under 18 in a relationship or family reading, you confirm you have their parent's or guardian's OK. Need to change your time? You can cancel or reschedule online up to 24 hours before your session, with the link in your booking email. If you cancel a paid session at least 24 hours before, I'll refund you in full. Later than that, I can't offer a refund, but please reach out and we'll look for a new time. If I ever need to move your session, I'll offer you a new time or a full refund. Coaching season sessions need to be used within the time shown on your package. Once a coaching season has started, unused sessions aren't refunded. If you miss your session without letting me know, it counts as used. If you join late, we still end at the booked time. If our Zoom call drops and we can't reconnect, we'll book a new time for the rest of your session. For readings, including the first session of a coaching season, I draw your chart before we meet, from the names you give me. Please check them carefully, especially each full birth certificate name, and let me know of any change at least 24 hours before your session. If your session includes a recording or notes, I'll email them to you within 3 days. I don't share the details you give me, including other people's, and I use them only for your sessions. My sessions are not medical or mental health treatment, and they don't replace care from a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, please contact your local emergency services. Questions?
