I didn't set out to create meditation tracks. I set out to solve a problem I kept running into. In my own life first. Then in my coaching practice.
For years I was applying daily affirmations. Every morning. Consistently. I believed in the process and I showed up for it. And affirmations do work. I'm not here to say they don't. But there was a ceiling I kept hitting. I could say the words. I could feel good in the moment. But the deeper patterns, the ones that ran my nervous system, the ones that fired up when I wasn't paying attention, those didn't shift. Not fully. Not permanently.
And when I looked into why, the answer wasn't complicated. It was just never explained to me properly.
The door to your subconscious isn't always open
Here's what most people aren't aware of. Your brain has a gatekeeper. In neuroscience, it's called the critical faculty. It sits between your conscious mind and your subconscious mind, and its job is to filter out anything that doesn't match what you already believe. So when you stand in front of a mirror and say "I am worthy of love," but your subconscious has been running the programme "love has to be earned," the gatekeeper blocks the new message. It doesn't get through. Not because affirmations don't work, but because the door isn't open.
Before the age of seven, your brain is predominantly in a theta state, gathering and storing information directly into the subconscious. This is how children are able to learn at such an accelerated pace during their early years. This is significant. During those early years, children don't have a fully developed critical faculty yet. They absorb everything. Beliefs, behaviours, emotional patterns, all of it goes straight in without being filtered. That's why the things we were told or shown as children became our core programming. Not because we chose to believe them. Because the door was wide open.
As we get older, the brain shifts into a more active state, that door to the subconscious closes significantly, and up to 95% of what we do each day runs on autopilot, drawing on the beliefs and programmes we acquired early in life, so efficiently that we don't even have to think about it. The brain is designed to operate at optimal efficiency.
This is why just using daily affirmations in active brain state take so long. Research suggests you need to repeat them daily for at least six to eight weeks before you start seeing real shifts in your thought patterns. That's because you're essentially trying to push new beliefs through a closed door. Some of it gets through over time, through sheer repetition. But it's slow. And for a lot of people, it's not enough to override decades of deep programming.
Your conscious mind processes roughly 40 to 50 bits of information per second. Your subconscious processes around 11 million bits in that same second. That's where the real operating system lives. That's where the patterns are stored. And that's the part affirmations alone struggle to reach.
What actually opens the door
I spent a lot of time researching how the brain works. What kinds of frequencies relax the mind. What combination of sound actually opens up the subconscious so new information can get in.
The answer kept coming back to one thing. Theta brainwaves. Theta waves sit between 4 and 8 Hz. They're the brainwave state you pass through just before sleep. They're also the dominant brainwave state of children under the age of about seven.
Research published in the National Institutes of Health confirms that theta waves are closely linked to the mechanisms of hypnosis, and that during theta-dominant states, the critical filter of the conscious mind relaxes. This allows direct access to the subconscious without the usual resistance.
So the question became simple. If the subconscious was programmed in Theta, can we reprogram it in the same state?
The research says yes. A study published in PLOS One found that suggestions delivered during theta-dominant states increased goal-directed behaviour by 67% compared to suggestions delivered in normal waking consciousness. That's not a small difference. That's a fundamentally different level of access.
Why I built these subconscious reprogramming meditation tracks
The real shift in my own life happened when I started listening to subconscious reprogramming meditation tracks in Theta. Daily. Consistently. But I couldn't always find the right ones. Everything I found was either too generic, too surface level, or it didn't speak to the actual wounds and limiting beliefs that drive most of people's subconscious behaviour.
So I designed and created my own.
And then I started seeing the same thing in my coaching experience. People would experience a lot of clarity and understanding after their Soul Contract reading. They could finally see their patterns. They understood the why behind the loops they'd been living. But then they'd go home. The nervous system would kick back in. The old programming would fire up and they found it hard to actually shift.
Understanding a pattern and actually rewiring it are two very different things. You can't think your way out of a programme that lives below your thinking. This is what drove me to research and find a solution to this problem.
How these tracks open the door
Every track uses binaural beats to guide your brain into Theta. This is well-established science. You hear one frequency in your left ear and a slightly different frequency in your right ear. Your brain perceives the difference between them, in this case 4 Hz, which sits right in the Theta range. Your brainwaves naturally follow this frequency through a process neuroscience calls the "frequency following response." It's been documented in peer-reviewed research, including studies published in Frontiers in Psychology.
Once you're in Theta, the critical faculty quiets down. The gatekeeper steps aside. And the reprogramming scripts I've recorded can land where they're meant to land. Directly in the subconscious. Not filtered. Not blocked. Not argued with by your inner critic.
This is the fundamental difference between repeating affirmations in your normal waking state and listening to a properly designed subconscious reprogramming track. One is knocking on a closed door. The other opens it first.
The frequencies aren't random
I didn't just pick frequencies that sounded nice. I researched which specific frequencies have measurable effects on the nervous system.
Every track uses a specific Solfeggio carrier frequency chosen for its relationship to the wound being addressed. The Solfeggio system has centuries of therapeutic tradition, and some of its frequencies now have solid peer-reviewed research behind them.
528 Hz is the most studied. A 2018 study published in the journal Health by researchers at Juntendo University found that five minutes of 528 Hz exposure nearly halved cortisol levels (from 0.43 to 0.25) and nearly doubled oxytocin levels (from 37.57 to 73.58). Cortisol is your stress hormone. Oxytocin is the bonding and love hormone. That's not spiritual speculation. That's measurable biology. So when I'm building a track that speaks to worthiness and love, that's the frequency it runs on.
432 Hz is another. It aligns with the Earth's own electromagnetic rhythm, what's known as the Schumann resonance at 7.83 Hz. Studies show that music tuned to 432 Hz produces better relaxation responses than standard 440 Hz tuning, including improved heart rate variability. When you're working with someone whose nervous system has been stuck in fight-or-flight for years, that matters.
Each track has its own unique frequency signature matched to what it's designed to address. Nothing is arbitrary. Every choice has a reason behind it.
Five layers working together
What you hear when you press play is actually five separate layers I designed to work together.
The first layer is a warm ambient soundscape matched to the emotional tone of each track. A track that speaks to safety feels different from one that speaks to self-worth. Each wound needs a different emotional environment to heal in.
The second layer is the binaural frequency layer. That's the Theta induction. It gets your brainwave state where it needs to be so the words can actually reach your subconscious. This is the part that opens the door.
The third is a harmonic drone frequency calculated using the Golden Ratio. If you're not familiar, the Golden Ratio is a mathematical proportion found everywhere in nature. The spiral of a shell. The branching of trees. The proportions of the human body. I took each track's carrier frequency and created three harmonic layers based on this ratio. One sits below conscious hearing and is felt more than heard. One is the base resonance. One floats above as an overtone. Together they create a harmonic field that feels natural and deeply settling, even if you can't consciously identify why.
The fourth is a Schumann grounding layer. It's barely perceptible. You feel it more than hear it. A 7.83 Hz pulse, the same frequency as the Earth's electromagnetic field, running quietly underneath everything. It keeps your nervous system grounded while the deeper work happens.
The fifth layer, and honestly the most important one, is the words themselves.
This is where most subconscious reprogramming tracks fall short. They use generic affirmations. Vague positive statements that could apply to anyone but don't really speak to anyone. That's not how the subconscious works.
Your subconscious doesn't respond to generic. It responds to specific.
These tracks guide your nervous system into a receptive state, open the door to your subconscious, and deliver targeted reprogramming directly to the part of you where the old patterns actually live. The shifts people experience, feeling safer in their bodies, being less reactive, starting to genuinely believe they're enough, those are real. But they happen through consciousness work, not magic.
Every meditation track targets a specific core wound. Not a surface-level feeling. The deep belief underneath it. The one that was installed in childhood before you had the language to question it. Things like "I have to earn love." "My needs are too much." "It's not safe to be seen." These aren't thoughts you consciously chose. They're programmes that were absorbed during those early theta years when the door was wide open and everything went in unfiltered.
This is also why I recorded them myself. The subconscious doesn't just hear words. It reads frequency, tone, and emotional resonance. A script delivered without genuine feeling is just noise. A script delivered from someone who understands the journey and has lived it speaks directly to your soul.
Why ten minutes?
Each track is exactly ten minutes. That was deliberate. I've seen too many beautiful healing resources go unused because they ask for 30 or 45 minutes that people just don't have. Ten minutes is short enough to do every single day before bed, or first thing in the morning when you wake up.
Consistency matters more than duration when you're reprogramming the subconscious. A daily ten-minute practice will do more than an occasional hour-long session. I know this because I've lived it. The shift I experienced didn't come from one powerful session. It came from showing up. Every day. Same track. Same ten minutes. Until the old belief really shifted and stopped running the show.
Initially you may not even believe what you are hearing. Your old beliefs, will fight this new truth, but with consistency, your brain will start to entrench the new belief, and wire a new path to begin to follow, but it takes some time. This truth is real, if you really want change, you have to put in the work, but the reward is far greater than you can imagine, your entire life will start to shift into alignment.
This work is personal
When you listen, you're hearing me speak directly to the part of you that needs to hear it most, the part of you I know, feel and understand, as one soul speaking to another.
If you've done the inner work, read the books, been to therapy and you still find yourself circling back to the same patterns, this might be the missing piece. Not more understanding. Not more affirmations through a closed door. Actual reprogramming at the level where the patterns live. With the door open.
Your InnerSoulstice meditation tracks are available now. You can start with whichever one speaks to you most, or work through them as a complete system.
If you are not sure which pattern you are carrying, I can help you discover that in a 1-1 soul contract reading or coaching session, which would be an honour. It's my gift and my calling.
Much love, as always,
Ilona
